Overview
The mission, and our role.
The mission
Give a racing broadcaster a home its fans actually use on event night: what's live right now, what's next, pay-per-view without friction, and full event replays after the checkered flag.
Our role
The streaming front door: schedule-first home page, watch-live and PPV flows, event pages, and an installable app experience with push notifications — built and shipped.
The challenge
What kept going wrong.
Stadium wifi
Fans open the site from a crowded grandstand on saturated networks — every wasted kilobyte is a lost viewer.
App-store friction
A native app means downloads, updates, and two store listings — for an audience that just wants tonight's race.
Event-night spikes
Traffic arrives all at once when the green flag drops; the site has to be instant precisely then.
The solution
What we built.
A schedule-first front door
- What's live, front and centernext up, then the full upcoming slate with dates, times, and tracks
- PPV in two tapssee the event, buy the event, watch the event — no detours
- Replays where fans lookfull event replays alongside the live schedule, not buried in an archive

An app without an app store
- Installable from the browserrace replays land on the home screen with one tap
- Push alerts for green flagsevent start notifications without an email blast
- Fast on second visitcached and instant, even on trackside connections
